I began my career at Unilever as a compounder in lotion production, progressing through various roles and levels of management over the past 31 years. This experience allowed me to be an integral part of plant operations and elevated my title to Associate Make Capabilities Manager. Within my current role, I demonstrate the leadership to oversee 14 plants and manage 16 Execution Planners. My mission is to apply my unique skill set and experience to a new position, while implementing my professional expertise and strategy to allow for further growth.
The building of master recipes, maintained production versions for Jefferson City and City of Industry, possess working knowledge of SAP-PI and SAP QA module, unloaded tankers, first semi-finished scheduler in North America (APO), production/writing of FDA test scripts, maintained master data (ECC and APO), make lead compounder, TPM and 5-S, spill response team and First Responder Certified.
Trained Execution Planners in PLM – Product Lifecycle Management, SAP APO - Advanced Planning and Optimization, SAP ECC - ERP Central Component, manage and assign security access for PLM, APO, and ECC, support Execution Planners on daily issues, logging and collaborating with Accenture for resolution, develop training decks for Execution Planners duties, support SPE (Supply Planning Excellence) and the team in Kinaxis Maestro, support make areas of the 3 batch card sites SAP PP-PI -SAP ERP Central Component Production Planning Process Industries, SME for Monterey Batch Card launch, professional review consultant of plant sites and offer recommendations for improvement strategies, conduct user acceptance tersting, approve security role user groups and maintain personal high level security access and offer my extensive knowledge in Word, Excel and coding programs.
During my 30 plus years of employ at Unilever I have accomplished and learned many things. It has truly been a rewarding experience. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, myself and my entire teams positions have been absolved as of 12/31/2025. My wife and I are excited about the new possibilities within my employment search and are willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
