• As the primary Command and Control specialist at Macdill AFB, I directed real-time emergency responses by coordinating with first responders to ensure accurate reporting to the Pentagon. Concurrently, I enabled global air mobility by managing the full lifecycle of air refueling missions significantly reducing aircraft downtime and ensuring mission readiness.

Key Achievements:

• Recognized by Wing Leadership for contributions as a member of the Hurricane Reconstitution Team for Hurricanes Milton and Helene, ensuring operational continuity and rapid reconstitution of base functions.
• Selected as a trainer for incoming Airmen on complex Nuclear Operations and Command Post duties, leveraging extensive prior experience to enhance team capability.
• Successfully facilitated numerous joint and international exercises, and coordinated the arrival of critical national assets by liaising with multiple Air Operations Centers and civilian government agencies.
• Managed the seamless flow of communication and logistics for both local and transient aircraft, directly supporting a high tempo of daily flight operations and training missions.

• As a core member of the foundational team, I was selected to establish and operationalized the mandatory USCYBERCOM Nuclear Emergency Actions Cell (NEAC). I collaborated directly with senior military leadership and inter-agency partners to author its core policies and procedures, leveraging my expertise to shape the new joint-service operational framework from the ground up.

• Played an instrumental role in shaping inaugural policy for a critical, newly-formed national security cell.

• In this capacity, I was entrusted to direct time-sensitive event reports to the highest levels of leadership, including the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, while also coordinating the secure movement of strategic assets and participating in international joint exercises.

• Entrusted with managing and training all End User Managers for the base-wide emergency notification system.
• Selected for a leadership position (NCOIC) well above normal rank due to outstanding performance and technical expertise.
• Managed the critical information flow between the Pentagon and Wing leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic; analyzed ongoing directives for the Wing Commander to ensure rapid, informed decision-making, earning a personal award from the Wing Commander for service.
