• Expert in crisis intervention. Expert in assessing Suicide, Substance Use, and Homicidal Ideations. Follow collaborative approach to calls and navigate safety planning.
• Collaborated with third party professionals within the community (EMS, Mobile crisis, Walk in centers, and ERs) to coordinate continued care for clients.

• Completed intake assessment forms for incoming clients. Created new charts or updated existing sensitive information into Salesforce.
• Assessed the safety and needs of the client. Work with partner organizations and provide referrals for housing services, employment services, legal services, and other victim services that might benefit the client's needs.
