I am a licensed Masters Social Worker. After twenty years of acute care nursing, I followed my heart’s passion for mental health. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University in 2024. As a clinician, I am dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. I specialize in the treatment of substance recovery, complex PTSD, and couples counseling.
