Operations and Quality:

• Help direct the daily production of over 20 artisanal flavors.
• Maintain health and safety standards across all locations by rigorously managing sanitation and staff training.
• Help with taking inventory of all products across the entire store, ensuring everything from pistachios to napkins is in stock.
• Tasked with handling financial deposits, withdrawals to and from the bank, while also reviewing store net sales throughout the whole day and sending them to HR.

• I am tasked with serving as the acting manager if one of the two other managers is not present. This means I must maintain customer service standards, as well as ensure operations run smoothly.

• Managed operations of most popular dining area on UC Davis campus.
