Helped clients find burial insurance options that made sense for them. Asked the underwriting questions while simultaneously on a call with them. Submitted business mainly in final expenses, but occasionally issued whole life, indexed universal, and term policies, depending on their goals and budget.

Organized books by the Dewey Decimal system, grabbed books left on shelves to re-scan for holds or other issues, and processed holds for patrons. Also walked patrons to specific items and areas.

Ensured the course was always presentable using push mowers, raking bunkers, weed whacking, leaf blowing, usually all the same day.

Helped open in the morning by assembling the custard machine, and checking inventory before taking cooler and food temperatures. Maintained cleanliness of the workspace counters during the day, taking orders and payments at the drive thru, gave orders to customers in the parking lot, dine-in area, and restocked condiments when needed.

Mainly took orders, handled cash at the register, unloaded boxes from the food truck to the freezer when present, and kept the kitchen, floors, and countertops clean.
