Accomplishments

Achieved a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for the superior performance of my duties while serving as a Combat Systems Surface Search RADAR Workcenter Supervisor onboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) from June 2019 to January 2024. I led 21 Sailors in the completion of 4,550 Maintenance checks resulting in a 95 percent accomplishment rate. I coordinated 86 hours in the planning and installation of the commercial Furuno Navigation RADAR System and four antenna system overhauls, greatly impacting ship's navigation efficiency. Additionally, I over saw the management of 28 critical RADAR, Navigation, and Air Traffic Control systems, maximizing warfighting capabilities during two successful deployments.
