First job in high school; 2020 started as a line attendant with a drive to move up the chain as fast as I could. Learned the basics plus more and progressed to promote to a team leader within a year of hire.
Promoted to a team leader after a year of working as a line attendant. Assisted senior management with data tracking such as traffic and unlimited memberships; as well as product ordering and tunnel maintenance. Was able to grow total membership count up to 4,100 members at the location.
Left previous role as team leader to transfer to Hoffman Car Wash as a line attendant in 2022. Started at the Yorkville location assisting customers and selling unlimited memberships before being promoted to team leader and transferred to open Black River Blvd. location in August.
Assisted senior management in setting the groundwork for a newly developed store in a new market. Hired and a trained ten man crew up to company standards. Grew unlimited membership from the ground up to 3,000 members during two year period. Faced many challenges including a senior manager change and almost a full staff turnover. Promoted in 2024 to Assistant Manager of New Hartford location to a busier location in a senior role. Took over almost all location activity starting in 2025; property landscaping/maintenance, supply ordering, customer incidents, greeters and sales. Since 2025, members have grown from 3,500 to just under 4,300 with a continued increase. No employee turnover in 18 months.
