  • Memorial Manor, Miramar, Fl -I volunteered at my local retirement home for about a year. I worked in the activities department, engaging the elderly in different activities, such as puzzles, games, and seasonal decorations. I was grateful for the opportunity to build deeper connections with the elderly, taking the time to know each of their stories and making them feel special.
  • Center for Great Apes, Wauchula, Fl- I volunteered at the Center for Great Apes, with the Knights for Wildlife Conservation Club. I had the incredible opportunity of restoring a vegetable garden that was perviously used to supplement the apes' diet.
  • Healthy Kids Running Series, Miramar, Fl- I volunteered with the Healthy Kids Running Series for four years. I worked on the field, assisting in operations with races for children ages 3-8. This program encouraged kids to eat healthy, stay focused, and keep active, especially during the summer months.
