Lead a team of 3 members in the development of project team policy, processes, and templates to be used by Project Managers in the newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The process integrates Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Power BI to create an automated means of building project plans and dashboard reports, to provide clear concise visibility and reporting to leadership.

Our mission was to offset the cost to families with children who participate in educational and sporting activities. I negotiated concessions contracts with multiple major league stadiums and concert venues, in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. Managed the volunteer schedule of events and stand assignments, trained 50 volunteers to serve as stand managers, and managed payouts and receipts of donations received. Year one we raised over $20,000, with approximately 30 volunteers. The organization quickly grew to more than 300 members and every year thereafter we raised more than $100,000 each year to support our mission.
