I perform a Specialty Trade Service for the Terrells.

I maintain Commercial and Residential properties.

I manage New Projects from Design to Completion.

I use all of my Specialty Trades experience......Carpentry,Plumbing,Electrical,Light & Heavy Equipment Operating and Gas line maintenance (for Don Sol & Sams Resturants)

I first remodeled the old Pizza Hut in Union City for the Terrells when Sams Southern Eatery leased it in 2020.

After Completion I was offered my current Job/Position.

At Searcy i used various types of light and heavy equipment such as Jack Hammers,Hot Saws,Georgia Buggys,Skid Steers,Excavators and various attachments for each. I also am proficient in the operating of Scissor lifts,Boom lifts up to 60ft,Backhoes,Bulldozers,Skytracks,Trackhoes and various types of Dump Trucks.

I am Proficient with all Carpentry Equipment.

All types of saws. Circular,Table,Scroll,Jig,Sawzall and Miter.

While at Searcy i performed both Framing/Finish Carpentry,Sheetrock hanging & Finishing,Painting,Electricial,Plumbing,Roofing,Flooring,Siding vinyl& Stucco,Cement board siding,Concrete forming,pouring And Finishing. I also performed alot of metal fabricating with Acetylene Torches and Welding.

I was also CPR Certified during this time and attended an anual 5 hr Saftey Meeting/Class.

At Graves i performed Framing/Finish Carpentry,Electrical,Plumbing,Sheetrock Hanging & Finishing,Concrete forming,Pouring & Finishing.

I used various types of Equipment Light & Heavy such as Backhoe,Excavator,Skid Steer,Sky Track,Scissor lifts,Boom lifts as well as the Attachments for Accessible machinery.

At Dura i was a Press Operator,Fanuc Robot Operator and Certified Fork Truck Operator.

My Job required me to Operate and Maintain my Press as well as my Robot when i operarte them.

My Fork Truck Job required me to do various Packaging & Stacking.

At McAdoo i was an Apprentice Electrician.

I performed Residential and some Commercial electrical duties.as well as Carpentry.
