Manage large projects with multiple crews of licensed IBEW electricians and apprentices. Projects include solar and renewable energy construction, commercial building restoration, school renovations, industrial and equipment installations.

• Duty includes performing all aspects of daily plant manager role including but not limited to manufacturing, shipping, receiving, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, subordinate skill development, customer service, quoting future jobs, cost to quality analysis, document control, progressive discipline, training and skill development, etc

• Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving
• Responsible for development and performance of 12 associates across 2nd and 3rd shift operations
• Resolve customer concerns through process improvement activities.

• Conduct needs assessments and instructional analysis to identify company-wide training needs and develop training plans to ensure conformity with mission training objectives
• Consult with management and supervisors to confirm program/system objectives, operations procedures and system/program constraints
• Confer with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technology
• Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to education
• Prepare teaching outline plans and timelines and determine instructional methods for delivery such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations and workshops
• Development of performance based measurement assessments for objective evaluation of instructional programs
• Author and organize training systems procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs and systems in accordance with ISO and TS-16949 requirements
• Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works
• Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts
• Develop and monitor spending against HR Departmental budget
• Maintain training records and documentation.
