Assisted in the leadership and management of 4,000 Marines and Sailors involved in combat deployments during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Deployed unit from continental US (CONUS) to Iraq for seven-month combat tour. Redeployed unit from Iraq to CONUS. Oversaw deactivation of unit for purpose of transitioning from CH-46 helicopter to V-22 Osprey.

Assisted in leading and managing 75 Marines and 400+ young people who made commitment to joining organization.

Traveled throughout state fifteen days per month to make liaison with and assist in the procurement of young Americans.

Assisted in the leadership and management of 12 active duty and 150 reserve Marines and Sailors of an artillery unit.

Trained and supervised multiple units involved in preparation for combat operations.

Traveled on two six-month deployments and numerous smaller deployments to conduct successful training exercises.

Assisted in the training and leadership of 150 naval midshipmen for commissions in the Navy and Marine Corps.

As Drill Instructor and Senior Drill Instructor, trained young Americans for duty as United States Marines.

Served with 2d Bn, 4th Marines in Okinawa, Japan., Nov 1979-Oct 1980.

Served with AT(TOW)Co, 1st Tank Bn, 1st Marine Division, Camp Pendleton, CA Nov 1980-Apr 1985
