- Remain the RCPC, WPV liaison.
- Liaison with local, county, and state agencies.
- Develop all EOCC training materials, including exams.
- Only the department head is to be a permanent invitee to the weekly Executive Cabinet meeting.
- Prior to the retirement of the DFAS, he acted in his place for nine years whenever he was not present at the hospital.
- Write governing body reports quarterly for the Environment of Care, under the DFAS's purview.
- Know and have working relationships with OMH Central Office ASSG and Quality Management
