  • Memorial Regional Hospital South: 324 beds, acute care hospital,which includes 95 acute rehab beds.
  • Responsible for medical staff affairs (>1500 physician on staff); quality, safety and patient experience
  • led the growth of MCVI with 43 heart transplants and over 850 Cardiac Surgeries in CY 2024.
  • led the growth of kidney transplant program with 206 kidney transplants CY2024 with 5/5 bars for one year kidney survival and 4/5 bars for time to transplant
  • performed over 60 accreta deliveries without mortality in CY2024 which is a state leader in volume
