I meet with City Inspectors throughout San Diego county to ensure successful passing of inspection.

I double check all work performed by Technicians to ensure all work will pass inspection and handle small corrections and make sure everything is ready to pass once meeting with inspectors.

I meet with Homeowners on a daily basis to let them know what to expect.

I was in charge of Maintenance of Apartments for Military housing. I did everything from servicing plumbing, electricity, drywall, bathrooms and kitchens. Prepared apartment for the next family to move in. I was on emergency call every 3rd weekend for 48 hours.

Responsible for all aspects of maintaining HOA's of homes, townhomes and condo's including Electrical, stucco repair, plumbing, painting, cosmetic repair including fascia, fencing both new and maintaining old, HOA issues in club houses, replacing vents in AC units, concrete repair repaving and sidewalk slabs.

Worked at all schools within Carlsbad Unified School District including Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Maintain school grounds and custodial duties as well as help on special projects, E-Waste and Metal Waste materials, recycling, delivering supplies to all school and district office. I helped with school events such as PTA meetings and light Maintenance duties as needed. I reported directly to Director of Maintenance and Operations Eric Kroenke and Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations Richard Graham.

I am familiar with these systems: Solar Edge, SMA, Sun Power and Feronius. I have experience in these Rail Systems: Quick Mounts, Solar World and Snap N Rack.
