• Responsible for the resident’s admission process, care plan implementation, interdisciplinary meetings with the resident, their family, and team and patient care to ensure their needs are being met.

• Responsible for medication management and administration, treatments, monitoring vitals, etc. Ensuring ongoing communications with the doctor, nurse practitioner, wound doctor, interdisciplinary team, patients, and their families with any changes or updates.

• Assess the patients and create a treatment plan. Oversee treatments for those who are suffering from acute kidney failure. Monitoring and documenting their vitals to ensure that they are receiving adequate treatment. Educate patients about nutrition and risk benefits associated with their treatments.
