Operated extrusion lines, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications and quality of product. Extruding single and multi-lumen tubing with various resins using vacuum extrusion, non-contact vacuum extrusion, and free air extrusion. Performed jacketing over core and multi-layer extrusions. Performed maintenance on all equipment as needed.

Worked with AK, Conair, US, Genca & RDN extruders from 3/4" to 1.5", Laser Link & Zumbach measuring systems. Genca tooling. ConAir & RDN downstream equipment.

Ran many R&D runs for engineering with very tight tolerances. setting profiles for future runs. Some production runs also. performed inline inspections with various inspection methods. maintained an organized and clean area.

Started at Advanced Cath which merged with Creganna through TE.

Using a variety of resins, including Pebax, Urethanes, Nylons, Girilamid, Vestimid, Pellethane, Polyethylene and many others. Performed free air and contact vacuum sizing. Used Genca tooling. Worked with Laser Link, Zumbach, and Micro Vue measuring equipment. Maintained an organized and clean working area. Trained others as needed. I am very familiar with Creganna production runs since I worked there for 10 years.
