Supervised 128 Maximum Control inmates, 48 Intensive Control inmates, 96 Restrictive Housing inmates, 1000 close custody, 252 Medium Custody, and 252 Minimum custody inmates. Lieutenant of the facility on 1A day shift ensure the facility run per Policy and Procedures. Supervise 35 staff to ensure they are updated on new Policy and Procedures and any memos. I am knowledgeable of Policy and Procedures to ensure they are implemented in the daily safety and security of the Facility. I am knowledgeable of the daily operations of the Facility to ensure the safety and security of the general public, staff and inmates. I conduct Shift line to ensure staff are physical and mentally fit for duty. I counsel staff to improve their performance as well as acknowledge good job performance. I conduct PREA investigation and OSI investigations. I am a team player.
