• Accurately performed 50+ due diligence reports weekly, using public registries and third party resources such as Lexis Nexis and Orbis.
• Review Onboarding quality results (In Line QA, Post Process QA, Global Financial Crime testing, Audit testing) to identify trends & root causes to mitigate risk
• Serves as first point of contact for Sales, Servicing teams & new Hires to acclimate them to internal systems and training them to improve their quality of work
• Provide advisory support for complex onboards and subject matter expertise on initiative/BAU Quality efforts
• Work collaboratively with AML Operation Managers across multiple lines of business to onboard: domestic financial institutions, hedge funds, trusts, domestic and international corporations etc.

• Assisted in helping organize 250+ medical charts to be audited per week, with no errors

• Successfully aided in the cleanup process in the office before it was closed
• Consulted with several contractors to find the best price for the destruction and storage of medical charts
