• Test to the plan. Lead a wide variety of exercises to ensure recovery strategies are valid and executable during a real-life event
• Create training programs and awareness initiatives to empower employees to better understand their continuity roles and responsibilities

· Researched and analyzed statistical fund and benchmark data

· Derived over 600 benchmarks which are uploaded to systems used throughout Vanguard, including Vanguard.com

· Provided stats for the Annual Board Report

· Took on the role of Department Contingency Coordinator

· Processed and verified emergency ACHs and manual checks
