Sections 2510-2522, Pen Register/Trap & Trace Provision of Title 18 Sections 3121-3127 , The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act- Title 50 U.S.C. Sections 1801-1845 (F.I.S.A.) and the USA Patriot Act of 2001. Ensured timely and accurate compliance with subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, and NSLs. Provide law enforcement presentations on compliance issues and services. Testified on court ordered released documents. Duties include responding to heightened terrorist threats 24/7 establishing, testing and monitoring wire surveillances, DNRs and trap/traces in the various technologies within Verizon. Proficient with various Verizon legacy mainframe systems, Microsoft Office applications, and internal/external websites. Invoiced, collect surveillance charges, reconcile billing disputes, and assisted with call center overflow customer inquiries.
