Hi! I am a Nanny/babysitter with experience supporting the daily success and health of children of varying needs and interests. I'm versatile and adaptable in conducting errands, cooking, changing diapers, and general assistance keeping the households in order.
I also provide respite care from my home for the Muncy/Burns family; a family of three, ages 7-2 years old. Our days typically consist of me caring for their needs, including diaper changes and providing food if the parents haven't packed any. The days also consist of me keeping a close eye on the kiddos while they play in the play-room, paint, or draw with the art supplies I provide for them. Occasionally they'll watch television, and If the weather permits, we usually play outside or take a fun trip to the park.
I worked as a full time nanny on the Airforce Military Base, caring for a family with four (later turned five) lovely children. I helped keep their household in order while Alana and her husband took care of whatever business needed taking care of at the time, ran errands, or had their date nights. After three years, they were scheduled to leave the base and travel all the way to Florida.
I volunteered in a special needs classroom at Crescent Elementary School as a para educator for over a year. I enjoyed building a bond with the children I worked with while simultaneously helping them learn whatever skills the teacher instructed us to at the time. Volunteering here as a teen lead to me later enrolling in an education course and earning my paraprofessional certificate.
