
In all my 32 years working in the insurance industry, customer service to me is another way to fulfill my personal dream of helping people.
Building trust by ensuring comfort in their time of need and also finding it in a way that is most helpful yet affordable is my ultimate goal. In accomplishing this goal, having a client relationship where they can feel almost like family is a rapport that I have established over the years.
In order to do this I know I must be professionally competent in giving them a feeling of honesty by utilizing a strong moral compass, having prompt service, and leaving them with a feeling of being covered for their needs. (After servicing my clients I want them carrying on with their day feeling confident they made the right choices in their coverages).
Utilizing this in my career has made my employer grow their customer base, and has allowed me to build not only professional, but personal relationships with my clients.
