Production Safety 5s Lead for Paint Shop for the past 4 years. I help lead the shop to Bronze certification through building the standard 5s tracking and training system. I have completed 3 Pillar 5s Auditor Training in March 2022. I am also a TSMS auditor, Fire Safety Auditor, Ergonomic Auditor & Mobile Equipment Trainer.

I am an independent home owner and I use the skills I have obtained at home and work to implement strong safety systems. An example of this, is the Paint Shop 5s Supply Carts. I designed and implemented 5s carts that supply each team leader and their zone members all necessary 5s supplies. I strategically positioned and mapped the carts throughout the shop to support production 5s implementation and compliance. I love the challenge of continuance improvement and opportunities to learn more about Toyota systems.
