Caregiver
I have experience working as a caregiver at Montclaire Manor Assisted Living, where I supported residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance. In this role, I developed a deep commitment to safeguarding residents' safety and well-being while caring for individuals with diverse physical and cognitive needs. I also gained experience monitoring residents, reporting changes to supervisors and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Through this position, I developed strong interpersonal skills, effective time management and the ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This experience strengthened my passion for caregiving and greatly contributed to my commitment to providing respectful, compassionate and reliable care.
