
Working at Starbucks allowed me to learn more about the world around me, customer connecting, and customer satisfaction, I was able to experience what it was like to serve others the way I would be served when entering a Starbucks coffee shop. I learned about the importance of loving your job. I learned time management, leadership, working in a team, and helping others to the best of my ability. I am grateful to have been able to gain experience these past two years at Starbucks. By becoming a partnered sales agent with Frontier Communications I've become Skilled in building customer relationships and understanding customer needs—strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing superior customer service.
