Retired military and disabled veteran. I currently work for the federal government doing all the things required in the job of Events Coordinator/Planner. I am still responsible for logistical support of all classes of Supply. My expertize in these areas started back in 1983 when i first started my association with the federal government.

Successfully negotiated disputes using State Mediation certification.

• Reported discrimination issues which led to corrective measures taken by Command. Results ensured fair treatment of Soldiers and civilians in the workplace.
• Supervised team of 10-12 Soldiers by using regulatory guidance for fair housing of non-married Soldiers.

Disputes were those in small claims court.  People came to me with the knowledge that what was agreed was final, but determined by them.  Once agreement was met, a binding contract meant that neither party would see a judge that could take all compromise from them.  This process of negotiations allowed both parties,plaintiff and defendant) some say in the matter.  The alleviates court backlog.

I am devising a series that talks of the day to day of raising 2 boys.  The joys of each day bringing something new is the focus of my data.  I love that it is a living document.

This is the newest endeavor.  It takes a few hours weekly and is to start generating passive income.
