Primary Responsibilities/oversee compliance management to ensure accuracy of various affordable programs to include, LIHTC, HTF, Section 8 Voucher program, CDBG/HOME, and Bond Programs. Duties include, but not limited to, reviewing files, reviewing and submitting quarterly and annual reports as required by the TDHCA, implementation of new rules as released by HUD and state agency, reporting requirements to syndicator or limited partners,implementation of rent/income limits as released by HUD or TDHCA, help write policies & procedures for affordable programs, training to onsite employees on various affordable programs, creation of forms and implementation of forms,monthly review of ledgers as it maintains to compliance, ensuring error free audits, maintain compliance as outlined in both LURA and regulatory agreement requirements, the ability to know all aspects of both federal and state requirements as it pertains to these requirements to reduce liability.
