• Worked with Programming and Sales to grow local brand recognition and generated higher ratings and revenue. Used my years of living in this region to develop strong relationship with advertisers.
• Worked with our team to grow our digital content growth, along with on air to connect with the audience in a pushed for digital and on air engagement
• Hosted 30 events (Arkansas Children's Hospital, Arkansas Food Bank, CASA, Humane Society, etc) also produced multiple events with my sound and light company.

• Lead my team at our 4 station cluster (CHR, Rock, Country, Talk.)
• I was in charge of music logs, helping the programming department create content that engaged with the on air audience and social media platforms.
• Worked with the programming and sales teams to create memory making promotions
• Helped the sales teams come up with strategies to develop strong relationships with their clients.
• Rebuilt the digital presentation and branding to better engage with today's listener

• Was the #1 rated afternoon show in the market during my entire run there
• We only moved back to Arkansas to be closer to our family and grow our own.

• Our morning ratings grew from a .3 to a 6.3 and continued to grow my self syndication to 25 Clear Channel affiliates
• The affiliates range from Chr, Hot Ac, Country, Rock, and Rhythmic.

• I produced and hosted the consistently rated #1 Nightshow
• I also created my self syndication company that grew to 11 affiliates.
