Perform preventive maintenance, including repair or replace of all building components. This included but not limited to; heating, electrical, and plumbing.

Boilers, forced air furnaces, water heaters, (electric, natural and propane gas).

Light fixtures, bukbs, ballasts, and breakers

water recirculation pumps, sewage ejection pumps, water piping,(copper & plastic), mixing valves, shower valves, faucets, water closets, urinal flushvalves, faucets, sprayers, dishwashers, water fountains, bottle fillers, and ice maker/dispensors.

Update stock and order parts.

Collaborate and assist with outside trades and vendors.
