  • As a Professional Development Course Instructor, I trained 200 U.S. Army captains to prepare for advanced leadership responsibilities, 2009-2011
  • Executive Officer in charge of planning, preparing and training 300+ Soldiers for combat deployment to Afghanistan, 2014-2015
  • Developed unprecedented collaborative agreement between US Army, 10th Mountain Division, and Syracuse University Medical Center, for Combat Medic trainees with civilian Emergency Trauma Center staff.
