Seeking a training opportunity to attend the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Training Academy. Having proudly served on the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office for over 21 years, I believe that I meet the necessary experience, education and skills to serve the citizens and visitors of Milwaukee County and represent the Sheriff and our staff. I will use the tools I have learned throughout my 21 years at MCSO and over 23 years in law enforcement to help make this Agency the finest Sheriff's Office in the State of Wisconsin. I believe strongly in cooperation, teamwork, empathy, diversity, employee health and loyalty. I will serve our staff and citizens with the upmost respect and dedication.

Deputy Sheriff Inspector

  • Overall command of the Police Services Bureau including the Patrol Division, Airport Division, K-9 Unit, Mobile Response Team, Drone Unit, Motor Unit, Parks Unit.
  • Commands approximately 150 employees
  • Develops and implements effective measures to meet established goals and objectives
  • Supervise all assigned personnel, including scheduling, assignments, performance reviews, training and development, resolution of personnel issues and recommendations for disciplinary action.
  • Assist in development of departmental policy and procedures; made recommendations for revisions or new policies and procedures
  • Attends various community events to discuss safety issues including County parks, freeway system and various other community concerns.
  • Prepares, and manages division budget (combined 12.5 million dollars), monitors, and controls expenditures throughout the year.
  • Represents the agency with the Deputy Sheriff bargaining unit.
  • Conducts staffing meetings with subordinate supervisors Conducts regular briefing's with supervisors and command staff regarding Divisional and Bureau matters.
  • Developed, oversaw and was the Commander of the Sheriff's Office involvement in the 2024 Republican National Convention.
