This process entails the allocation of EAS-derived dollars by clinical service and expense type to the workload measures, as reported on the CAPER; specifically, RVUs for clinician salary, which includes matching data from two disjoint systems, as well as reviewing data for quality, missing data, outlier adjustments, and estimating inflation effects for the calculation of out-year tables.
  • Development of completion factors for all workload measures, and all cost measures, for application to appointment-inferred workload.
  • Generated comprehensive CAPER reference files for FY04-FY11 integrating cost analysis, workload inference, RVUs, and APCs.
