  • Recruit and retain educators for a mid-size school district and a six-school district special education co-op
  • Reduced budget expenditures over $2 million between 2022 and 2025 through evaluating staffing and program needs in Bridgeport ISD, utilizing retirements and resignations to do so
  • Hire and onboard all new employees, including certified and non-certified positions
  • Enforce district, state and federal policy governing public schools
  • Address employee concerns in a timely manner to improve culture and work conditions for Bridgeport ISD and Wise County Shared Services
  • Oversee and manage district certification system, including alternative certification employees, certification renewals and TTESS evaluation certifications
