Operate, perform daily inspections and grease front end loader. Service equipment on a normal basis.( servicing centrifuges, pumps, grinders.) Complete all required paperwork daily ( Safety documents, JSA’s, work orders, service records, and daily reports) Keep back yard and equipment clean, Travel to rig site locations including yards; availability to work on a scheduled basis.
Revise incoming fluids from trucks and verify they are from authorized locations. Enter truck ticket information into computer software on a daily basis. Change filter socks and filter screen when necessary and safely dispose filters to meet compliance. Complete any tasks assigned by supervisor. Monitor incoming pipeline and fluid transfers. Skim oil from water tanks and conduct oil sales. Enforce facility rules and policies. Comply with safety and services policies and procedures. Conduct hourly facility checks and maintenance. Check meters, gauges, tank levels, and equipment for proper function. Verify all equipment is in operational condition and report to management any issues as soon as possible. Conduct all housekeeping duties to provide a safe and productive work atmosphere. Send monthly reports to Facility Manager.

Preform pre and post operation inspections to make sure equipment is safe to operate. Perform and document minor services on equipment, referring more serious mechanical issues to maintenance shop. Operate different heavy machinery including: forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front end loader, articulated dump trucks, water truck, skid steer as needed. Responsible for keeping unloading area clean, spreading, covering and or compacting waste soil while continuously monitoring waste coming in for evidence of unacceptable materials.
Operate, maintain and service TDU, mix, transfer and process drill cuttings, recover oil and water, transfer fluids back to storage tanks, order trucks and supplies needed for daily production.
