Currently I work as a Program Manager for Right At School, as such I am responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of educational or after-school programs. Additionally, I ensure that the programs align with the company's mission, deliver educational value, and meet the expectations of stakeholders. This is achieved through program development, consistent team leadership and training, and utilizing stakeholder and family feedback, to name a few things. I have additional work experience as a Behavior Consultant, through J.T Mummert Consulting. This job required me to be an empathetic professional and provided me with hands-on experience providing quality psychological services to children and adults. Through this job I have become skilled in identifying, assessing and diagnosing mental health and emotional issues. Additionally, I learned how to develop and implement treatment plans and provide counseling and therapy to obtain maximum results for my patients. Previously I was enrolled at Temple University, and earned a master of science degree in research psychology. I earned this degree at an accelerated pace, and spent my graduate program working in a psychological lab centered around human proxemics, human interaction, human-robot interaction, and artificial intelligence. I was an integral member of this lab and developed the program necessary to conduct the primary experiment of the lab. I also earned a bachelor degree in psychology the year prior.
