The Senior Data Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing, implementing and delivering data to there assigned vertical of accounts. Job duties / functions include:

• Working closely with our Sales Team to implement new clients into our CRM system.
• Managing how we receive and deliver data to that client.
• Overseeing the final delivery of data to my assigned vertical: Consumer Services.

Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Technology Advisors in the South West / Central region. The Channel Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Channel Sales Specialist owns the partner relationship and represents the entire range of company products and services.

Responsible for supporting an assigned base of partners for all presales support including: educating channel managers on product and service offerings, serviceability checks, quoting, creating proposals and paperwork, establishing portal access for identified carriers, order entry and communicating upcoming training opportunities.

Manage the implementation of assigned customer service orders to completion. Be the clients advocate from order accuracy and submission to correct billing. Understand the Scope of Work, order details, issues and service intervals and communicate this information weekly to the sales and customer representatives. Schedule and manage implementations of all services. Communicate regularly with information regarding the issues, status and completion of orders to ensure accurate and timely compensation payments to Sales Reps, and Agents.

Responsible for studying, researching, and treating invasive plant species throughout Northern Michigan. Goal of protecting the natural resources, economy and human health of Northern Michigan through collaborative outreach and management of invasive species.

Responsibilities include:

• E. Coli sampling and laboratory testing
• Macro invertebrate sampling, and habitat assessments
• Stream velocity measurements, dissolved solids collections
