Summary

A passionate leader with over 20 years of experience advocating for equity, social justice and marginalized communities. My expertise lies in designing, implementing and facilitating workshops for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. During the past 6 years at Southern Poverty Law Center-Learning for Justice, I have honed my skills in this work and gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in creating a more inclusive community. As an abolitionist and advocate for equity and education, I have worked closely with communities and educators, empowering communities across southern states to assess and address systemic inequalities. In my current role as a professional development facilitator, I am dedicated to making a positive impact and effecting change that truly matters.
