• Emergency medicine physician serving a 65-bed emergency department with a daily patient volume of 250. This high-acuity, high-volume ED is the busiest in the state and functions as a Level I Stroke and Cardiac Center.
• Supervise on average 3+ APPs per shift.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in critical care, trauma, and performing a full range of emergency procedures.
• Proficient in rural medicine, adept at providing care in resource-limited environments, and skilled in evaluating and managing transferred patients and hospital resource management.

• Oversee the training and development of medical students, residents, and emergency medicine fellows, providing mentorship and instruction in both clinical and academic settings.
• Directly supervise fellow physicians, guiding their academic and professional growth through comprehensive preceptorship and hands-on clinical supervision.
• Develop and deliver academic lectures to enhance the knowledge base of trainees, while executing performance evaluations.

• Lead a 16-bed, stand-alone Emergency Department, overseeing the care of approximately 100 patients daily.

Collaborate with hospitalists and support surgical and obstetric services to deliver comprehensive care in a rural setting.

• Practice in a 9-bed Emergency Department within a critical access hospital.
• Work in a resource-limited environment with many underserved patients, focusing on essential emergency care alongside hospitalists, surgical, and OB services.
• Serve as the primary hospitalist for all inpatients

• Deliver services to a 9-bed Emergency Department with approximately 50 patients daily.
