  • Helped develop multiple new policies: 1) Cell Phone Usage (removed phones from the classroom), 2) Hall sweeps, 3) Schedule Change Policy, 4) 90/10 rule on teacher work days 5)Tardies

  • Helped develop and implement Milford's first scheduling fair for students to learn about courses before they began scheduling.

  • Introduction of Milford's big pitch that gave students the chance to voice what they thought could be done to improve the school for all students.
  • After a year-long collaborative effort involving all stakeholders, we devised a block bell schedule. This includes the incorporation of a support bell twice a week, providing students with access to all teachers for assistance.
