• Helped develop multiple new policies: 1) Cell Phone Usage (removed phones from the classroom), 2) Hall sweeps, 3) Schedule Change Policy, 4) 90/10 rule on teacher work days 5)Tardies
• Comprehensively overhauled credit recovery, taking into account the needs of both students and teachers in the redevelopment process. This effort has yielded positive results, evidenced by an increase in student completion and improved student outcomes.
• Helped develop and implement Milford's first scheduling fair for students to learn about courses before they began scheduling.
• Introduced Grade-level teams in an effort to open lines of communication
• Introduction of Milford's big pitch that gave students the chance to voice what they thought could be done to improve the school for all students.
• After a year-long collaborative effort involving all stakeholders, we devised a block bell schedule. This includes the incorporation of a support bell twice a week, providing students with access to all teachers for assistance.
