  • Oversee all Customer Service operations for North America for the automotive aftermarket, OE and OEI. Currently leading a team of 9 direct reports and 103 total customer service representatives located throughout the US and Mexico.
  • Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures to facilitate quality customer service experience – Created a standard SOP process. SOPs for multiple functions have been created across all 10 Business units, bringing a more unified way of working and bringing consistency across all BUs.
  • Identify and recommend or acquire updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention – Implemented KPI’s across our phones and email systems by utilizing existing technology Masergy for the Phones, implemented ZOHO ticketing system for email and implemented a KPI dashboard in PowerBI to monitor progress. Also implemented an external survey to collect feedback from our customers.
  • Drive customer service role standardization across the business units – Wrote and distributed all new job descriptions for our roles helping to break down the barriers of the legacy companies’ ways of working and bringing unison to our department.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train departmental staff and provide performance feedback – backfill paperwork sent within 24 hours of a resignation or termination and built a strong relationship with HR and recruiting.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department – orchestrated a full department reorganization within the first 6 months on the job. The feedback from team is that they are very happy with the changes.

Ensure Global Performance Management System is up-to-date, and regular feedback is provided to staff members. I introduced a new way or working with our job rotation company policy improving our purchasing function, driving down inventory and increasing cost savings opportunities.
