Additionally, I gained a hands on experience with managing stock numbers as my teammates and I were in charge of managing and recording daily stock. Also, my teammates and I were given various case studies which required us to research and debate on the side effects of some medications administered to patients.

Within this job, I had to stay up to speed on their latest products in order to update customers on these products as well as in store and online promotions. Additionally, within this job my ability to enthuse and converse confidently with customers came in handy as I had to interact with countless customers on a daily basis. Also, I gained hands on experience with stocking shelves and working with stock numbers alongside my colleagues as I had to stock shelves early in the morning or at the end of the day.

Within this job, I interacted with the company's customers to address inquiries regarding service provided by the company. These services were mainly construction supplies, which included cement, chipping, sand and many other logistics. To add to that, I usually had a one‐on‐one meetings with customers to find out what logistics they needed the company to provide them with. Also, I was in charge of booking appointments for customers as well as picking up telephone calls and forwarding them to the right department.

I was the Public Relations Officer for the Ilera Initiative in my school. This job required me to gain understanding and support for students through continuous communication with the student body in order to meet their demands as well as propagate a healthy living amongst students (aim of initiative).

I was in charge of communicating key messages to students and managing the social media accounts which I set up in order to update the student body on the day‐to‐day activities of the initiative.

I also developed brand media relations strategies that bolstered community awareness and knowledge.
