I'm an FC associate learning ambassador tier 1, and a flex delivery driver previously, my duties are:

-Amnesty floor monitor (AFM) on the AR floor, troubleshooting any defaulted bots and handle amnesty items.

-Inbound problem solving for items unable to be stowed (labels unscannable) into pods carried by bots, and handle any damages and potential hazard materials.

-Waterspider for inbound stowing stations as well as picking/packing for outbound.

-Pick up packages at designed delivery stations and delivery packages to assigned cities.

-Provide customer service and assistance pertaining to their package and delivery.

I was an assistant technician, my duties were:

-assist with cleaning carpets, rugs, and upholstery.

-maintain cleanest of trucks, assist in any repairs of equipment, restock trucks of materials and inventory in shop.

Food delivery services for restaurants, my duties were:

-Managed multiple deliveries simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and productivity.

-Maintained a high level of professionalism throughout interactions with both restaurant staff members and customers.

-Utilized GPS systems effectively for accurate routing and delivery time estimates.

-Provided excellent customer service by being friendly and courteous during interactions to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
