Taking a wide range of trouble calls with issues from locomotive on board software, crossing malfunctions, basic IT support, and locate requests and safety reports. Following Safety Guidelines in accordance to FRA regulations and company SOP’s.

Check in received motors, evaluate for missing/ broken parts. Disassemble a range of air, oil, and water-cooled diesel motors. Wash and prep reusable parts for reassembly. Paint and palletize finished motors for shipping.

Scanned and assessed pallets of new and returned products to assure quality levels. Picked and stocked products for inventory and customer orders using sit-down, stand-up and cherry-picking forklifts.

Greet customers upon arrival and maintain superb customer service. Cut keys, rekey locks, remove and repair automobile locks/ignitions within a timely manner. Run correct amount of wire for cameras, apply connectors on each wire, install cameras and then position for proper viewing.
