
I was and still am a seasoned trial lawyer who has settled or supervised the settlement of virtually thousands of injury cases. My philosophy has been quite simple. I try to make all parties to the settlement process look good. That was my outlook on litigation. I tried to make the entire legal process look good, meaning I tried to not overshadow the judge or opposing counsel and in this respect I set myself apart from most other trial lawyers. I have extensive experience preparing cases for trial and always have told potential witnesses that telling the truth, even if it hurts, is necessary in order to have a chance at a good outcome. I have been on the winning side of several malpractice cases which on paper looked like being impossible to win because the doctor or nurse told the truth when testifying.
