- My job was setting up work sites per state typical. Instructing how to be a flagger, Drive a TMA, Set up lane closures and much more.
- AWP Safety I was their field trainer, Work zone inspector. I also did the schedule. TMA instructor, Driver instructor. VDOT instructor, I'm also MDOT certified as well.
- Also would make sure clients concerns were met as in complaints.
- Made sure drivers met the requirements of safety scores of 90 an above
- Made sure jobs had the required equipment on the work orders
- Monitor samsara for driving violations and Coach drivers on those violations
- Ran an office for 6mos and was in charge of placing orders with the clients, in charge of P&L's, in charge of getting equipment fixed and vehicles serviced on time.
