- Completion of the exterior framing of the Columbus Crew Training Facility

- Provided a critical role in various builds around central Ohio, including Windmillar Pointe (Multi Family), Van Trust Pre cast construction in New Albany, St. Catherine's Church Build, Complete remodel of Select Medical, Polaris Field House.. And more.
- Completion of the Grandview Heights Public Library Site Improvements. Including an all new parking lot, curbs & sidewalks. Demolition of the east parking lot to pour & erect a new stage & pavilion. All new sod installation & irrigation system. New drive through book drop off building set by crane. All new underground electric tying into existing & new panels.
- Completion of the Orlando Bakery office expansion / Remodel. Involving all new duct work & 2 RTU set on the roof. Complete demotion of interior walls & floors. All new fire suppression system and fire alarm. New drywall open ceiling. New interior walls, paint, flooring & base. All new bathrooms & accessories. New doors, frames, and hardware. Demolition of 2 sections of the exterior load bearing walls for new storefront aluminum windows to be installed. All while the bakery was still operating.
- Critical role in the Kingston Township pavilion park upgrade. Involving a new area for the residents to have events. Underground plumbing, and electric. New bathroom building constructed attached to the new glue lam truss system above the slab. Was pulled off the job due to lead times on the glue lams & started a different project.
