I just love making people happy by serving them a good meal with efficient and polite service. I fancy myself a chef, me and my brother recently started our own private catering company called Davis Brothers Dining. That being said I am a people person and love interacting with the customers. Back of house, kitchen, Front of house, doesn't matter to me. I just love the restaurant industry and being around food and will alway expect perfection from the product being given to the customer.
Started working on the cold side of the kitchen and quickly learned all of the stations on the line. Became a certified trainer and began training new employees within my first two weeks. Earned the honor of Outback BOH rookie of the year. Was also given the responsibility of the Catering Lead for the restaurant.
