I feel I am a good candidate for the Plant Manager at Gilster Mary Lee because I started at the bottom and I have worked very hard to advance in the company. I do not just see this as a job, as a career to better my families future. I know me stepping out in faith to apply for this job will bring oppositions that I am willing to face from other coworkers. I have an openness to listen to ideas, complaints and concerns of employees. Even if I become the plant manager I will still be a team player always having the companies best interest at heart. I have a vision to keep the plant strong in productivity, team work, efficiency with a hope to grow and be an asset to the company as a whole.
In regards to who I am, my family is priority in my life and with the economy the way that it is this job would position would help secure their future. My wife and I just graduated from Go World School of Ministries and are ordained thru them. We are very community orientated and believe in giving back and doing all we can to encourage and better our community.
I strive to push myself and better who I am not only for me and my family, also my coworkers.
